Are you a proud dog parent with a camera roll full of adorable snaps? Now’s your chance to show off your furry friend and help raise vital funds for the Brain Tumour Research Campaign (BTRC) all while having a tail-wagging good time!

This year, we’ve shaken things up with exciting new categories and more chances to win, thanks to our fantastic sponsor, Pickles, who’ll also be hosting the BTRC Dog Show on 19th September!

Enter as many categories as you like – every photo helps support lifesaving research!

BEST ACTION SHOT

Zoomies, running wild, beach days, ball chasing and outdoor adventures.

FUNNIEST DOG MOMENT

Sock thieves, muddy paws, guilty faces and chaotic moments.

DOG & OWNER BEST FRIEND PHOTO

Celebrating the special bond between you and your dog.

How to enter the Online Photo Competition:

  1. Simply select category you’re interested in below…
  2. Add your dog’s details where indicated on the entry page, and upload your best photo of your dog (select your image where shown)!
  3. Add your entry to your basket, then just checkout when ready and pay your entry fees (all major credit/debit cards accepted)
  4. Enter as many times as you like!

Charity Dog Photo Competition – Official Rules

1. Entry Requirements

  • Chose a photo of your dog (or dogs) that best captures their personality.
  • Photos must be original, taken by owner / person submitting entry
  • Acceptable formats: JPEG or PNG, max 10MB.
  • No professional photo shoots – this is all about real, lovable moments!

2. Entry Fee

  • £10 per entry. Why not enter a few images and help further?
  • 100% proceeds go to Brain Tumour Research Campaign – BTRC

3. Categories

You can enter your photo into one or more of the following fun categories:

  • Best Action Shot
  • Funniest Dog Moment
  • Dog & Owner Best Friend Photo

4. Submission Deadline

All entries must be received by 12.00 noon on the 30th September 2026

6. Judging & Prizes

  • A panel of judges will select winners based on creativity, cuteness, and originality.
  • Winners will be contacted by email and announced online early October 2026.
  • Prizes for each of Category.

7. Social Media Sharing

By entering, you agree to let us share your photo on our website and social media to help raise awareness and funds.

Option to create a post or video on your socials – please tag @btrccharity and get your friends involved to help raise awareness!

8. Eligibility

Open to all ages. Dogs must be real (no AI images or CGI pups 🐶)

9. Keep it Kind

No harmful, distressing, or inappropriate content. We’re celebrating dogs in a fun, respectful way!
