My first half marathon

I am currently in training to run my first half marathon to raise some money for a relatively poor relation of cancer treatment- specifically brain tumours. Almost exactly 12 months ago, we lost our beloved Uncle Dave from this terrible disease, aged just 53. I will be running in his honour and hopefully the money raised may go towards helping grossly underfunded researchin this area.
