This year marks the 12th anniversary of The All-Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) on Brain Tumours. On Monday 10th July, MPs are invited to meet in Parliament to relaunch the APPG.
The new APPG will focus on implementing the recommendations in the new landmark report that is coming from the Government’s Task and Finish Working Group on brain tumour research.
Ask your MP to attend — Use this email template to urge your MP to attend this meeting. Find the contact details for your local MP here. Please note: as this is an administrative meeting, we are only extending invitations to Members of Parliament on this occasion but there will be a chance for you to join us at an APPG in the Autumn.
Established in 2005 by Rt Hon John Bercow MP, with the support of founding members of Brain Tumour Research, the APPG campaigns on critical issues including access to new brain tumour treatments and increased funding for research into this devastating disease. We are proud to provide the Secretariat for this influential group.
